The hotel location is decent, with good access to amenities and attractions nearby. the rooms are well-furnished, with mini fridges and good cupboards. the complimentary breakfast is average, offering a limited selection of South Indian fare. the staff, particularly Mr Prasad and the front desk staff, were helpful and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the hotel, including the bathroom, linen, and surrounding area, was lacking.

Great location and wonderful amenities! The hotel was conveniently located close to all of the hot spots we wanted to visit during our city break. The room was very spacious, clean and came with a mini-fridge, which was great for storing our travel snacks. The complimentary breakfast was quite delicious and had a nice variety of food options to choose from, which really helped us start our day off on the right foot!

The hotel fell short in a few areas. The staff wasn't very attentive to our needs and didn't offer much help when we had questions.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a well-maintained refrigerator. the location was great; very easy to find and close to many things to do in the area. the complimentary breakfast was also very good with a good variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards. There were cockroaches in the room and the towels provided were not changed daily.

Despite arriving late at night, Mr. Prasad managed to arrange dinner for us, even though the hotel operations were closed. The prime location of the hotel was another plus point.
